About the Forest Hills 5K
The course heads out from Nagel Middle School, turns toward Clough Pike, then doubles back and adds a second out-and-back on State Road before returning to the school. The terrain is road, the route is straightforward, and you get a sense of the neighborhood on both legs. The finish brings you back to where you started.
Packet pickup runs the evening before in the school's small gym, with race-morning pickup available for those who cannot make it the night before. The main school parking lot is reserved for sponsors and vendors, so plan to find a spot elsewhere and give yourself extra time before the start. An after party follows on the school track.
