Fleet Feet Metairie runs group workouts through a full season of preparation, mixing weekday evening runs with weekend long runs, all meeting at the Bonnabel Boat Launch. Coaches are on hand at every session, and occasional visits from shoe and fitness brands let you test gear before buying.
