The course is a loop through Halloween light displays, run at dusk. You can do as many laps as you like, so runners set their own distance for the evening. Costumes are part of the scene, and strollers and dogs are both welcome on the route.
Proceeds go toward Halloween costumes for children in the area. Door prizes are handed out after, and the atmosphere is more neighborhood block party than race finish line.
