The course starts and finishes at a healthcare clinic on Meeker Road, on the outskirts of Greenville. The race is open to patients of the clinic as well as the broader public, so the field tends to mix people who run regularly with people who rarely do. Awards go to overall winners and to age group placers across a wide span of divisions.
