About the Everyone Runs Catalina State Park 50-Year Trail Race and 5k Trail Run & Walk
The longer course heads out on the Nature Trail, picks up the Bridal Trail, then climbs steadily on the 50-Year Trail to a gate before turning back the same way. It is a genuine out-and-back with real elevation gain and a descent that earns its place. The shorter option stays on the Nature and Bridal Trails, which keeps things more manageable underfoot. Both routes are trail, not packed gravel.
Bibs and parking passes are picked up the evening before at Fleet Feet in Oro Valley, and the parking pass must be collected then, not race morning. A homemade Mexican breakfast and fruit and nuts are at the finish. The park does not permit dogs at the event.

The Everyone Runs Catalina State Park 50-Year Trail Race and 5k Trail Run & Walk has been held every year since at least 2022. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
