About the Easter Egg 5K, 10K & Lil' Bunny Fun Run
The course runs on open roads in Overland Park, moving against traffic so runners can see oncoming cars in the adjacent lane. The route heads north on Metcalf, then turns west, then south, tracing a loose rectangle through the surrounding streets. After crossing the finish, there is an Easter egg hunt for families.
Packet pickup is the evening before the race at a running club location in the area. If you miss it, leftover packets travel to the start on race morning. The start area also hosts the kids run and the post-race egg hunt.
