About the Dream Finders Homes For the Love of Chocolate 5K
The race runs at Southern Hill Farms, a working farm outside Clermont. The Valentine's Day theme carries through to the finish, where a strawberry donut from the farm is waiting, along with free coffee and ice cream from a pair of local shops. Kids have their own short race on the same morning, with distances scaled by age.
The start and finish are both at the farm. Post-race, the food spread is the draw, so plan to linger a bit after you cross the line.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2026 results, this is a decent-sized field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Dream Finders Homes For the Love of Chocolate 5K has been held every year since at least 2020. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
