About the Devin's Dash 5k

The race starts and finishes at a local brewery, and the whole event is built around a cause: supporting families whose children are fighting a pediatric brain cancer. The course is a run/walk, and the surrounding scene on race day is as much a community gathering as it is a race, with live music, kids' activities, and local vendors all part of the morning.

Post-race, the brewery is the hub. There is food and beer on site, plus raffles and auction items. Day-of registration opens before the start, so showing up without a bib is an option. The fundraising side has its own incentives, separate from the race entry itself.
