About the Demon Dash
The Demon Dash runs on dirt at the NAAC, a course that moved to trail from wherever it lived before. The terrain is natural surface throughout, so trail shoes are worth considering. High school cross country races go off earlier in the morning, and the Demon Dash follows after, so arriving early means you catch both. The course does not accommodate pets or strollers.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
