About the Corpus Christi's 23rd annual Harbor Half Marathon
The course crosses the Harbor Bridge, a cable-stayed bridge that ranks among the largest of its kind in the country, so there is a real climb and a sweeping view of the bay before the route drops back down toward the coast. It winds through two counties, keeping the water close for much of the run.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon and evening before the race at Brewster Street Icehouse, a local venue on the north side of downtown. Race-morning pickup is available, but the organizers flag nearby construction as a factor, so arriving with extra time is worth it.
