About the Conquer the Rock 25k & 50k

The course runs over Pinnacle Mountain and Table Rock, two of the steeper summits in the area, on trails that are rocky and technical throughout. The climbing is serious and sustained, with views from the top that open up wide across the surrounding ridgelines. The shorter option does a single loop; the longer option repeats it.

Both races start and finish at Pinnacle Pavilion inside Table Rock State Park, with packet pickup there on race morning before the start. The park itself has lakes and cabin rentals, so it is worth arriving the night before and staying through the weekend.
