About the Combos(R) Marathon and Half Marathon
The course runs through Albany and is described as flat, which makes it workable for both runners and walkers. Aid stations come at regular intervals along the route, each stocked with water, Gatorade, Combos snacks, and energy gels and fruit as the miles add up.
The finish area has a hospitality tent with fruit, muffins, and bagels supplied by a local grocery chain. After the race, a street festival opens downtown with live music, food vendors, and activities for kids.

The Combos(R) Marathon and Half Marathon has been held every year since at least 2018. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
