Fairmont, WV
The walk takes place on a university campus in Fairmont as the opening event of a spring festival. It is a single short loop, over quickly, and the pace is entirely your own. The event was created to honor loved ones who have passed, and that intention is present in the atmosphere, which feels more reflective than competitive.
