About the Camas Lions Oktoberfest 5K 10K Run/Walk
The course starts and finishes at a brewery, heads briefly along the street, then picks up a trail along the Columbia River. It is mostly flat, with turnaround points that bring you back the same way you came. The surroundings are open and riverfront, which makes the out-and-back feel less repetitive than it sounds.
Packet pickup happens race morning at the brewery, which is also the start area, so there is no separate trip to make. Parking is street-side with some nearby lot access. After you finish, there is a biergarten with live music, and a beer at the finish for those of age, with root beer for everyone else.
