About the Brew Ho Ho Ho 5K

The course runs along the Monon Trail through the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis. It is flat the whole way, and the trail surface makes for easy, quick footing. The race leans into the holiday theme hard, so expect Santa hats, ugly sweaters, and reindeer antlers in every direction. BBQ and beer are waiting at the finish, along with music.

Packet pickup is race morning only, at Half Liter BBQ on Winthrop Avenue, which also serves as the post-race gathering spot. Parking at the restaurant is limited, so carpooling helps. Metered street parking is available around the Broad Ripple neighborhood if the lot is full. The race runs in rain or snow, postponing only for lightning.
