About the 14th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, Run, Ride
This event runs and walks out of Texas Oncology in McAllen, a medical campus that doubles as the starting point and finish line. The route is designed to be accessible to runners and walkers alike, and the whole morning carries the weight of its cause: proceeds go entirely to local nonprofits supporting people in the community affected by breast cancer.
Packet pickup happens at the same Texas Oncology location in the days before the event, with afternoon and early evening windows available. Race morning kicks off early, so arriving with time to park and warm up helps. There is free food, a DJ, vendor booths, and a photo area at the finish area after you cross.
