About the Boys & Girls Club of Milford Ice Cream Run (5K)
The course runs through the Walnut Beach area and along the Silver Sands boardwalk, so you get salt air and open water views for most of the route. It is a road race on flat coastal terrain, and the surroundings do a lot of the work. After you finish, there is ice cream from the creamery at the beach.
The Walnut Beach parking lot closes before the race starts and stays closed through the awards, so plan to use street parking or the Boys & Girls Club lot nearby, which is a short walk to the start. Bib pickup runs the evening before the race at Walnut Beach Creamery, with no race-morning pickup mentioned.

The Boys & Girls Club of Milford Ice Cream Run (5K) has been held every year since at least 2010. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
