About the Boos & Brews 5K (Rochester)

The course runs along the Lehigh Valley Trail, a paved path that gives runners a smooth surface through the area around Mendon. Costumes are encouraged and there is a costume contest alongside the usual age group awards, so expect a good number of people in full costume gear at the start line.

Packet pickup happens on race morning before the gun, so there is no need to make a separate trip the day before. After the race, the post-race party moves to the Cottage Hotel Restaurant, where the "Brew" part of the name kicks in.
