About the Black Diamond Express Half Marathon & 5K

The course follows the Lehigh Valley Trail, a historic rail trail that has been recently resurfaced in sections. It runs as an out-and-back, so the terrain stays consistent throughout. The surface is flat and paved, which makes for predictable footing. The race benefits a local land trust that helps maintain the trail itself, so the event and the setting are directly connected.

The start and finish are at the Mendon Youth Baseball Fields. Refreshments and healthy snacks are available at the finish.
