About the ASH Foundation Run/Walk 5K/3K
The course runs along the riverfront, through Woldenberg Park, with the water on one side and the city behind you. It is a flat road route on a winter morning, and the park stretch feels open and unhurried. Several distance options are available, so the field tends to be a mix of paces.
Packet pickup happens in advance at the convention center, spread across a few days before race day. There is no morning pickup, so plan accordingly. Post-race snacks are out at the finish.
