About the Annual Miner Dash & Family Fitness Fiesta

The course runs through a university campus known for its Bhutanese-inspired architecture, which makes for an unusual backdrop as you move through the grounds. The route is mostly flat campus paths, and both a run and a walk option share the same general area, starting and finishing near the central plaza.

Packet pickup happens the afternoon before at a local running store on Mesa Street. The finish area hosts a health fair and kids' activities, including inflatable obstacle courses, so it works well if you are bringing family along.
