About the 2nd Annual Angel Baby Fun Run
The race is held at a park in Minden and is organized around infant and pregnancy loss awareness. It draws people running in memory of a baby, people there to support a grieving friend, and families walking together. After the run, a festival called Halo Fest takes over, with food vendors, a live DJ, a pumpkin patch, games, and a bubble release honoring angel babies.
A community resource area is part of the post-race gathering, alongside healing and remembrance activities. The event is put on by Hearts and Halos, a nonprofit serving families affected by pregnancy and infant loss. Merchandise connected to the race is available for purchase separately and is made to order, so availability depends on pre-orders.
