The course runs through Nathan Benderson Park, a flat route around water that draws a wide mix of runners and families. The race benefits autism support organizations, and the atmosphere on the course reflects that: people are there for a reason beyond the clock, and it shows in how the morning feels.

Packet pickup happens the evening before at a New Balance store on Cattlemen Road. Race morning at the park includes bouncy houses, popcorn, cotton candy, Kona Ice, pony rides, and food trucks, so there is plenty to stick around for after you cross the finish.
