About the Almond Bowl 5K & 10K November 1st, 2026

The course runs through Lower Bidwell Park on freshly paved roads, looping back toward Sycamore Field. It is flat and quick, with the park itself closed to cars on race morning, so the roads belong to runners. The race raises money for local high school cross-country teams and band programs, which gives the crowd a particular kind of investment in the field.

Packet pickup happens the two days before at Fleet Feet on Main Street, during midday hours both days. On race morning, parking is along Woodland Avenue, which runs parallel to the park. Post-race snacks are out after you finish.
