About the ‘A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS 5K/10K’ (Houston, TX)
The course runs out and back along Park Row Drive, starting and finishing inside a park-and-ride lot right off the interstate. It is road the whole way, with no real elevation to speak of. The holiday theme is built into the race, and runners tend to show up in costume. There is a kids dash for the youngest in the group.
Parking is at the start, inside the same lot where the race begins and ends, with a second entrance off the interstate feeder road available once the main street closes near race time. Post-race refreshments are on site after you finish.
