About the 5th MAGGIE's MILE Run/Walk

This one is run entirely on the track at Cape Henlopen High School, on a certified oval surface. The race honors Maggie Browne, and entry fees go toward a track and field scholarship given in her name. The field splits into age group categories and a separate elite division, so the racing tends to be genuinely competitive across the board. Post-race refreshments are set up at the track.

Race-day registration is available before the start, so arriving early gives you time to get sorted. The event is held at Legends Stadium on the school campus, which makes parking and navigation straightforward.
