Winchester, VA
This is a youth running club that meets through summer and fall, not a single race day. Kids work on endurance, pacing, and form during regular practices, then get to test what they have learned at a couple of real local races, including a Thanksgiving morning road race and an intersquad mile. Practices run about an hour and meet at either an elementary school parking lot or a park shelter.
