About the 3rd Annual Wobble Gobble 5k
The Wobble Gobble is a Thanksgiving-themed run held in the evening, so the sun is dropping by the time you finish. The short distance keeps it accessible to just about anyone willing to lace up, and the holiday timing means the crowd tends to be a mix of regulars and people who got talked into it by a family member.
The event runs out of a spot on the south side of Edinburg. The evening start is the main thing to plan around; dress for the cooler air that comes once the sun goes down. Age group awards go out across a wide spread of divisions, so most runners are competing against someone.
