About the 2026 Winters Spooktacular Fun Run and Costume Contest

The race runs out of Rotary Park, at the corner of Railroad Street and Main Street. The shorter distances follow a nature path along Putah Creek, turning back at the halfway point. The longer distances use streets open to regular traffic, with volunteers stationed at intersections. Everyone wears a costume, and there are prizes for both individual and group getups.

Packet pickup runs the day before at Hooby's Brewing on Main Street, with race-morning pickup available at the park by the gazebo. Parking is in city lots on Abbey Street, one near a local coffee house and one beside the Winters Hotel, with residential street parking nearby as well.
