About the WinterFest 5k & Fun Run

The course at Carpenter Park runs a lollipop shape, leaving from and returning to the north end of the park. Underfoot is mostly concrete with a short stretch of dirt and crushed gravel, so something with a bit of grip helps if there is snow on the ground. The park has fixed restrooms along the way.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a Road Runner Sports location, with race-morning pickup available too. After the run, the surrounding festival has ice skating, a holiday marketplace, Santa visits, and a heated beer garden. Bring food donations for a local school pantry on race day and you are entered into a raffle for gear and gift cards.
