About the Winter Series - The Coolest Race in Town!
The Pikes Peak Road Runners put on a winter racing series in Colorado Springs where the distances grow with each race, so you can build fitness as the series progresses. There are two tracks to choose from, a shorter and a longer, and the field runs from first-timers to seasoned competitors.
The series wraps up with an awards dinner held at a local hall of fame venue, ticketed separately from race entry. Categories include overall podium spots, age group awards, and dedicated divisions for heavier athletes competing under the Athena and Clydesdale classifications.
