About the Warrior Pride 5K

The course starts and finishes at the high school football stadium parking lot, then winds through the streets of downtown Louisburg. The route turns through several residential and main road stretches before looping back, so you get a real sense of the town. It is a road race through a small community, put on to raise money for athletic scholarships at the local high school.

Packet pickup opens the morning of the race in front of the stadium, just before a group photo and the national anthem kick things off. Strollers are welcome on the course, but dogs are not. Age group awards go deep across a wide range of categories for both men and women.
