About the Walktober Kickoff Fest
The route is a single short loop around the stadium at Eau Gallie High School, flat and on familiar ground. It is organized as a group walk rather than a timed race, with colleagues and families moving together as part of a district wellness kickoff.
The event wraps up with a festival alongside the walk, including complimentary breakfast, health screenings, community vendors, music, and games. Everything happens on site, so there is no need to wander far from the start area once you finish.
