Kissimmee, FL
This race in Kissimmee is organized by a local nonprofit that provides emergency assistance and outreach to veterans and their families. The name comes from military culture, where a battle buddy is the person who stays by your side no matter what. That idea runs through the whole morning, and the pace you bring does not matter much here.
