About the Formosa Wine Run Turkey Trot 5k

The course starts and finishes at a vineyard and winery property outside Kissimmee, mixing paved paths with stretches of open grass. It loops a couple of times, which means runners pass the finish area before they are done. If the heat gets to you mid-race, the organizers will simply count your completed lap and move on.

Packet pickup opens the morning of the race, an hour before the start, at the winery itself. Post-race, there is wine on site, which is more or less the point of the whole thing.
