About the Unleashed at Stadium Bowl

Stadium Bowl is a historic outdoor amphitheater in Tacoma, and this event uses its stairs as the course. Participants weave through the full bowl, ascending one section and descending another, alternating sides the whole way. You can run it timed or walk it untimed, and there is a double-lap option for those who want to push further. The climb is genuinely hard on the legs.
