About the UMC ¡Salud! To Better Health
The race starts at a hospital campus on the northeast side of El Paso, with a shorter option alongside the main distance. The course links are the only route detail provided, so expect flat streets in a medical district rather than a trail or park setting. This is a breast cancer awareness event, and the field tends to include competitive runners alongside those there for the cause.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at a running store on North Mesa, with race-morning pickup available at the start location. There is no registration on race day, so plan accordingly.

The UMC ¡Salud! To Better Health has been held every year since at least 2020. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
