About the Ugly Sweater 5K Fun Run
The run starts and finishes at the Fleet Feet store in Lewis Center, and the whole thing leans into the holiday costume angle. Ugly sweaters are strongly encouraged, and there is a contest afterward with judging across several categories, from best group costume to the sweater that looks most borrowed from a parent's closet. A shorter kids' route runs alongside the main course.
After the run, there is hot cocoa, holiday cookies, and a coffee truck outside. The scavenger hunt runs during the race itself, so bring a camera. Post-run crafts are set up inside the store, and a holiday sale runs alongside everything else.
