About the Twilight Trot and Sunset Stroll

The course runs out and back along the lakewalk beside Lake Superior, heading toward the aerial lift bridge before turning back toward downtown. The pavement is flat, and because it is an out-and-back, you pass oncoming runners on the return leg, so the course description asks everyone to keep right.

The race starts and finishes at the Lakewalk Endion Station. Parking nearby is limited, so arriving early and walking to the start from a ramp or lot is the practical move. An awards ceremony follows shortly after the finish.
