About the Turkey Trot for the Twig

This race benefits children in the foster care system through a local nonprofit, so the crowd skews toward families with a purpose behind their morning. The course runs through Legacy Park, near the historic train depot, which gives the start area a bit of character. Post-race there is a celebration on site.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at The Twig on Pinebrook Road, or you can pick up race morning at Legacy Park before the start. Both options are available, so there is flexibility depending on how your Thanksgiving week shapes up.
