About the Tryptophan Half/10K/5K
The course runs along Peachtree Parkway, starting and finishing in front of a pizza and sports pub. All three distances share the same out-and-back shape, turning around at different points south along the parkway. The road is mostly flat, with plenty of width to spread out, and the Thanksgiving morning setting gives it a holiday-gathering feel.
Packet pickup the evening before takes place at a Starbucks nearby. Race-morning pickup opens early in the parking lot in front of the start. Parking in that same lot is discouraged during the race; the organizers direct runners to a shopping center across the street to avoid getting blocked in.
