About the Trophy Trot 5k
The Trophy Trot runs through Dix Park, starting and finishing on Goode Street just off Lake Wheeler Road. The park gives the course room to breathe, and the surroundings are open enough that the route feels more like a morning run through green space than a traditional road race. Proceeds benefit Healing Transitions, a local recovery program serving homeless individuals.
Parking is along Maywood Avenue in front of Trophy Brewing, which also anchors the post-race scene. There is beer at the finish, with non-alcoholic options available. Cash prizes go to the top overall finishers, and age group winners receive gift cards from a local running shop.

The Trophy Trot 5k has been held every year since at least 2021. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
