About the Trails, Tricks and Treats Race
The race takes place at Watson Woods on a mix of grass and trails, with several trail options of different lengths to choose from. The format is simple: run as many laps as you can within the time limit, rain or shine. It draws families and costumes, and a chili cookoff runs alongside the running.
There are activities for people who step off the course early, so kids and non-runners have somewhere to be. A raffle runs through the morning, with tickets earned for each lap completed. Prizes go to the top male and female adults and to the top youth finishers.
