About the TRAIL LIFE USA, CAMPFIRE RUN
The course runs through Lincoln Parish Park, starting near a pavilion on the north side of Hoogland Lake. It is park terrain, the kind of setting where you are more aware of the water and the trees than the pavement, and the route is open to whatever pace you bring.
The finish area has a s'mores station and promotional booths, so there is reason to linger after you cross. Packet pickup happens the morning of the race, before the start, at the same park location.
