About the Tom Walker Half Marathon & 5k

The course runs on the Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail, a paved trail that heads out from First Magnitude Brewing. Road shoes work fine, and the surface is smooth throughout. Pacers are available across a solid range of finishing times, so runners who want to chase a goal have support.

Packet pickup opens race morning at the brewery before the start. Parking is available in several lots nearby; the lot closest to the start tends to fill first, and First Magnitude has its own lots off Main Street if you need them.
