About the TOCA 5K Run/Walk

The course follows a cross-country route through the grounds of a soccer complex, so the terrain is grassy and open rather than paved. There is also a nature walk option alongside the main race, and a short kids run kicks things off before the start gun. Water stations are out on the course.

Bib pickup runs on the two evenings before the race at a location in Bethesda, and race-morning pickup is available but limited, so picking up early is strongly encouraged. After the race, there is an after-party with music, food, and drinks on site.
