About the Tiffin Zombie Run
The course has zombies stationed along it trying to pull the sashes runners wear around their waists. The goal is to reach the finish with all three sashes intact, so there is a game running alongside the run itself. Costumes are common, and awards go to top finishers in the longer distance and to the best-dressed.
The event has a coffee company on site selling refreshments, and a face painter doing Halloween looks for runners and zombies alike. A local artist is there for photos. The race benefits a nonprofit that trains volunteers to advocate for children in the court system.

The Tiffin Zombie Run has been held every year since at least 2018. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
