About the Wiener Run - Dallas
The Wiener Run is held at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas, with a hot dog theme running through everything, from the distance names to the post-race spread. The course runs near the lake, with several distance options ranging from a short kids dash up through a longer timed option. Aid stations are out on the course, and a live DJ calls finishers by name at the line.
Packet pickup happens race morning and wraps up shortly before the start. After you finish, there are hot dogs and drinks at the finish area, along with a live awards celebration. The start kicks off with the national anthem, and the whole setup around the registration tent stays active with results and awards through the morning.
