About the Race before The Game
The course is the whole point here. Sandusky's street grid is laid out in a way that lets runners actually trace the shape of Script Ohio through downtown, while Michigan fans trace a Block M on a slightly shorter route. Both start and finish outside a pizza place on Monroe Street, next to Central Park. The routes follow sidewalks, so you are running alongside regular morning traffic.
The start area is on Monroe Street at the edge of Central Park, which gives you a real downtown feel before anyone toes the line.
