About the Light Run
The Light Run takes you through Pitman neighborhoods decorated for the holidays, moving along sidewalks in the dark among lit-up houses. Roads stay open, so runners follow pedestrian rules as they go. The pace is untimed and the whole thing reads more like a group outing than a race. Toy donations for Toys for Tots are welcome at the start.
Check-in is at Ballard Park before the run begins. The after party moves to a separate venue, so plan to head there directly when you finish. A drink ticket is included at check-in, and there is a full food menu, a bar, a live DJ, and post-run raffles once you arrive.
